Dear intBOX family,

Anh and Ms. Hiền have just returned from a long trip to the United States — a trip filled with concerns, big questions about the future, and very real pressure from the market.

A 46% import tax from the U.S. is enough to make anyone worry.
How could we not be concerned when so many orders are affected, strategies have to be recalculated, and the future is no longer as clear as it once was?

In moments like this, the first thing Anh wants to do is thank all of you — the ones who continue to walk this journey with him.

Even when you are tired, you keep going.
Even when you are not fully confident, you continue learning and doing your best.
Even when you don’t speak much, you quietly take responsibility for the work we share.

This spirit is exactly what defines intBOX — and what shapes the people who grow from intBOX.

Right now, we are facing tremendous pressure.
A 46% tariff from the U.S. is a heavy blow that affects everyone.

“Where are we? We are already out at sea, and there is no way to avoid the big waves. The only path forward is to train ourselves to steer strongly so the intBOX ship can remain steady.”

Our customers are worried too.
And they are looking to us — expecting us to deliver on time and with quality in the next 60 days.

There is no time for hesitation.
