CEO Tung’s New Year Message 2025
“A Step Toward Innovation – Reach for Opportunity”
Dear intBOX team and partners,
As we come together after the sacred Lunar New Year holiday, we officially step into 2025—a year filled with ambition and new challenges. I would like to send this New Year message to all intBOX warriors, sharing the values we created in 2024 and the goals we strive toward in 2025.
From the bottom of my heart, I want to express my deepest gratitude to every one of you for your relentless efforts and invaluable contributions over the past year. You are the driving force that has enabled intBOX to maintain sustainable growth throughout our journey.
2024 was a year where we clearly witnessed transformation—in mindset, in action, and in results. But in 2025, we must go further, move faster, and break through even stronger.
1. Proudly Acknowledging Our Achievements in 2024
Looking back, we have every reason to be proud:
- Growth from the Inside Out: Our culture at intBOX has reached a new level. We embraced self-discipline, voluntary action, and self-leadership—building freedom through responsibility. Practices like 5S, Kaizen, and sharing lessons from both successes and mistakes have become part of our organizational DNA. This culture is the foundation of our unity and the creative energy that makes us a resilient and powerful team.
- Innovation in Creativity: Ideas from our design teams, cross-functional collaborators, and factory operations brought significant improvements to our products and processes. These innovations helped intBOX get closer to our international customers and strengthened our reputation for excellence.
- Continuous Learning: Through daily conversations, training sessions, shared knowledge, and hands-on experience, we have all grown step by step. Every member of intBOX has demonstrated the willingness to learn, evolve, and contribute to our company’s ongoing development.
I extend my sincere appreciation to each of you. Because of your efforts, intBOX continues to rise every year—and we have every reason to feel proud.
2. 2025 Goals — A Growth Mindset to Drive Innovation
A growth mindset will guide us not only to achieve our goals but to surpass our own limits.
Growth Mindset – Opportunities for Everyone
- A growth mindset is not just a concept—it must become our way of living and working. At intBOX, anyone can shine if they are willing to grow and improve themselves. Here at intBOX, degrees are not the foundation for success. You may not have a diploma—but you cannot lack culture. You may not have gone to school—but that does not mean you cannot learn.
- A growth mindset is the belief that every skill can be developed through effort and persistence. Even if you start as “number two,” you can still surpass “number one” if you continuously innovate, learn, and improve.
- We will not centralize power or knowledge solely at the leadership level. Instead, we will distribute authority, empowering everyone to think, act, and grow. Every member of intBOX has the opportunity to shine and contribute to both the company’s success and their own.
- Every employee is a ‘Leader’ of their own work. Do not wait for instructions—take initiative, improve your skills, propose ideas, and solve problems.

In 2025, we will apply technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to automate and optimize workflows:

- Technology will become a “personal assistant” for every individual and department in the company.
Pillar 3 – Training & Developing People
People are the most important asset at intBOX.
We will continue investing heavily in training, skill development, and clear career pathways.
Our goal is for every employee to feel their own progress—to know that the company stands beside them not only in work but in life.
4. Innovating to Create Opportunities
The first challenge of the year: Each member is required to define one personal improvement goal for 2025.
Ask yourself: “What will I do to help the company achieve its goals this year?”
Each person will choose one skill or work process to improve and collaborate with their manager to build an action plan.
We will incorporate the growth mindset into our regular meetings, creating space to share lessons learned and small victories. 2025—A Year of New Opportunities
We do not need to be perfect from day one. Success is not a destination—it is a journey. This year, we will expand our Greeting Card product line, invest in technology, strengthen our culture, and turn these plans into reality through collective effort.
- New Product Development – Greeting Cards for Export:
We have earned the trust of major partners such as American Greeting Card, opening opportunities to develop handcrafted greeting cards for the U.S. market.
This is not just a new project—it is a chance to elevate intBOX’s international presence.
Both our production and creative teams must be ready, as this is one of our biggest goals this year.
5. A Personal Message to Every Member of intBOX
I firmly believe that with a growth mindset, we can achieve anything we set out to do.
