3. CHALLENGES OVERCOME IN 2020 & STRATEGIC ACTIONS FOR 2021

• Accounting: We were short of manpower, but that never meant we lacked the determination to finish the job.
• Production: No matter how carefully we plan, risks will always exist. In the end, what drives us forward is taking action — aiming straight at the goal and reaching it at all costs.
• Sales: Customers are never guaranteed to stay. New competitors appear every day.
  Even a small mistake can seriously affect customer trust — trust that has taken sweat and effort to build.
  Winning a customer is hard, keeping them is even harder.
  In 2021, we commit to maintaining existing customers and building credibility to gain new ones.
• Purchasing: Market changes push us to find alternative solutions, think strategically, and stay ahead of what may come unexpectedly.
  Buying is not difficult — but buying quickly, buying effectively, and buying to reduce costs while ensuring speed and quality is our mission for 2021.
• Human Resources: With the lack of leadership guidance, we learned many lessons through hands-on experience.
  We continue improving our skills, learning every day, and are committed to creating a happier and better workplace for everyone.
• R&D and Engineering: We understand that precision and meticulousness directly determine production efficiency.
  High efficiency in production remains our goal for 2021.
• Quality Control: Quality has many hidden layers. We must train ourselves every day to prevent defective products from reaching customers.
  More importantly, we must dig deep to find the root causes and establish solid solutions — climbing one level higher in 2021.
• Maintenance: We were not always able to predict which machine components were prone to failure.
  But whenever a breakdown occurred, we had only one determination:
  To protect our “rice bowl” by fixing machines together with full effort so that production remains stable each day.
• Production Workers: Our workers start each day rushing to work.
  Though rest time is limited, the company’s annual trips help recharge energy after exhausting periods.
  No matter how tough it gets, if income improves, we are motivated to push harder, increase productivity, and benefit both the company and ourselves in 2021.
• Board of Directors: The skills and daily growth of each intBOX member are the response to our continuous efforts to build a company that brings benefits to many people.

4. CHALLENGES AT WORK ARE THE DRIVING FORCE BEHIND INTBOX’S GROWTH (2021)

Five years ago, we did not plan to invest in or develop paper bag production. The tasks that were easy and familiar had already been done by countless companies — everyone fighting for the same slice of the pie, yet no one truly satisfied.

From one market shift to another, we had to constantly search for new directions and undertake work we had never done before.

When we started producing paper bags, countless challenges arose:
– Unstable machinery, mass product defects
– Customers staying at the factory daily to supervise production
– Raw materials not meeting standards, affecting output
– Completing seven days’ worth of work in just one day (rapidly increasing hundreds of workers to meet demand)

By 2020, things became more stable; workers’ income improved. But competitors were closer than we imagined — new manufacturers emerging every day. We are no longer at step 1 (learning). We must be at step 2 (mastering), then step 3 (operating efficiently with maximum cost savings). Customers give us stable work — but they can leave anytime for better value or pricing.

Therefore, challenges at work must continue to be the driving force behind intBOX’s development.
We must overcome obstacles and climb the ladders of our own growth.
A united team climbs together.
A company rises together.
An organization brings greater benefits to more people.
