PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (02 Positions)

Industry: Paper box and paper bag manufacturing
Salary: 12,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND

• Receive and execute detailed production orders for each job.

• Coordinate with Team Leaders to allocate manpower for each production stage.

• Monitor production progress and ensure compliance with technical standards.

• Inspect and control product quality at each stage of the process.

• Update daily production status: manpower, shift handover, progress, etc.

• Control production norms and costs according to approved pricing.

• Prepare daily productivity and quality reports; propose improvement solutions.

• Create daily production plans and follow progress from manufacturing to delivery.

• Maintain and develop 5S activities within the factory.

• Monitor and check periodic maintenance of machines and equipment.

• Propose improvement initiatives to support production activities.

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in printing or paper packaging).

• College/University degree in relevant fields.

• Good communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

• Decisive, flexible, with strong supervision and planning abilities.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Probation period: 2 months.
