QUALITY MANAGER (QA/QC)

I. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all activities of the Quality Department (QA/QC).

• Organize and operate the company-wide quality assurance system.

• Develop, update, and control product quality standards.

• Manage QA/QC personnel: recruitment, training, evaluation, and capability development.

• Ensure product quality meets customer requirements and internal standards.

• Develop, review, and implement quality management systems: ISO 9001:2015, FSC, C-TPAT, Sedex-Smeta, SQP…

• Work directly with customers, auditors, and inspection teams.

• Coordinate with other departments to improve products and processes.

• Evaluate and manage supplier quality.

• Implement and maintain 5S, KPIs, and product technical standards (Spec/PDOC).

• Conduct internal training on quality and problem-solving.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the General Director.

II. Supporting & Coordinating Tasks

• Manage and supervise equipment and machinery related to quality inspection.

• Monitor workforce performance, production efficiency, and support warehouse management when required.

• Participate in developing product BOMs and building management software systems.

• Join company improvement and development projects.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management, including at least 1 year in the paper packaging industry.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Skills

• English: able to communicate and read technical documents.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.

• Ability to work under pressure, with a continuous improvement mindset.
