Salary: 14,000,000 – 16,000,000 VND

1. Product Quality Control

• Monitor the production process to ensure products meet required quality standards.

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

• Detect defects and propose improvement actions to reduce defect rates.

2. QC Team Management

• Assign tasks and coordinate manpower within the QC team.

• Train and guide QC staff on inspection procedures.

• Supervise employee performance and ensure compliance with regulations.

3. Cross-department Coordination

• Work with the Production team to address defects and improve quality.

• Coordinate with R&D to test and evaluate new products.

• Report quality status and recommend improvement solutions to management.

4. Reporting & Process Improvement

• Record and analyze defect data; propose preventive measures.

• Participate in developing and improving quality control procedures.

• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in production.

• College degree or higher in a related field.

• 2–3 years of QC experience, preferably in paper packaging manufacturing.

• Knowledge of quality standards and production processes.

• Strong team-management, defect-analysis, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in office software (Excel, Word…) for reporting tasks.
