ANNOUNCEMENT: INTBOX OFFICIALLY TRANSFORMS INTO A JOINT STOCK COMPANY

More than 20 years ago, intBOX was founded with a simple yet meaningful mission: to deliver intelligent, eco-friendly paper packaging solutions. From a small workshop in Ho Chi Minh City, we have grown together through continuous efforts and innovations to become a trusted name in Vietnam’s packaging industry and an emerging presence in the international market.

Today, I am honored to officially announce a significant milestone: intBOX has successfully transformed from a Limited Liability Company (LLC) into Smart Paper Packaging intBOX Joint Stock Company, effective from November 11, 2024.

This transition is not merely a legal change—it marks the beginning of a new chapter. It opens the opportunity for us to expand our resources, scale our operations, enhance competitiveness, and further pursue our mission of creating intelligent, innovative, and paper-based products for both domestic and global markets.
