YEAR-END SPEECH 2021 — CEO NGUYỄN XUÂN TÙNG
“Together, we can reach any destination – 2022.”
Warm New Year greetings to all members of intBOX!
Welcome to the first working day of 2022.
Today, I would like to rewrite and share my speech from our Year-End Celebration — a message reflecting the values we created together in 2021 and the goals we are striving toward in 2022. I send these words to all our warriors and fighters on this very first day of the year.
WHAT WE ACHIEVED IN 2021
1. Gratitude and pride in what we overcame
Let us take one minute to reflect on ourselves and our organization — on everything we accomplished and the hardships we overcame during the extremely challenging year of 2021.
We are grateful to our families, who supported us from home while we were on the frontlines. They kept us motivated as we carried out our duties.
We are grateful to our comrades and colleagues who stepped forward as warriors to work for the shared mission of the organization — for our customers, for our responsibilities, and for society.
Many of us joined the “3-on-site” workforce, and after returning home, we truly became “warriors.”
We should be proud of all we have accomplished and overcome together.
2. Building a team of valuable people
We can proudly say that intBOX is blessed with remarkable people — individuals who have stood by the company with admirable qualities.
Your capability may be rated as “A,” but your responsibility and dedication are “A+” and “A++.”
You embody a spirit of unity and shared purpose.
Many “quiet and cold” members transformed into courageous, burning “warriors,” helping intBOX become a strong team that no one can break.
3. Creating a respectful working environment
We are proud that it is we ourselves — not outside circumstances — who have created a working environment built from our inner spirit.
Whenever difficulties arise, we adapt.
We step forward.
We work with a friendly, honest, and straightforward attitude between leaders and subordinates.
Leaders listen to their teams, and team members cooperate with leaders at a high level — creating an environment where everyone feels respected.
4. The intBOX Organizational Culture
Our culture has been shaped over many years — a culture in our shared home where everyone works with the spirit:
“Self-discipline, Self-motivation to gain Freedom;
Freedom to gain Confidence;
Confidence to gain Pride.”
We acknowledge and recognize every contribution, whether big or small.
A culture focused on results.
A culture of sharing knowledge to strengthen one another — where we willingly share what we know and learn what we don’t through voluntary internal training.
A culture built on honesty — with “No blame-shifting.”
5. Increasing our tangible assets — Machines & Equipment
In 2021, we invested in important new machinery such as the Offset printing system and paper bag–forming equipment — essential assets that will drive revenue growth in the coming years.
GOALS FOR 2022
1. Inviting the right people onto the intBOX high-speed train
We already understand that the right people are the greatest assets of the company.
Only we can decide whom to seek, choose, and invite onto our team — individuals who align with the unique culture we have built.
We will invite the right people to “get on the train” so that we can “go far together.”
2. Becoming a lifelong learning organization
For our organization to remain strong, we must cultivate Wisdom (Trí Tuệ).
Knowledge is power.
To stay sharp, we must learn. Only continuous learning leads to wisdom.
We will continue to prioritize learning — encouraging everyone to attend training, self-study, and participate in internal and external workshops weekly, monthly, and yearly.
3. Speed is power
The world is changing at extraordinary speed.
Each day brings millions of new ideas and eliminates millions of old ones.
We cannot afford to wait.
We must adapt rapidly to changes in nature, technology, and society.
Those who move fast are the ones who win — simply by “pressing the power button to accelerate revenue.”
4. Aiming toward “Reducing the Burden”
We all understand that “not causing trouble” is ideal — something everyone desires.
But “reducing unnecessary burdens” is achievable, and we can do it together.
This mindset helps create smoother workflows, ensuring that “the next step becomes easier,” resulting in a happier working environment.
So let us commit to reducing burdens together.
